爺爺最愛嘅古老肉 – 95% bone, 2% flour, 2% meat and 1% sauce. The taste wasn’t bad just not enough meat.
豉油皇鵝腸 – We had this the last time we came here and it was pretty good, so we are back for more.
魚湯海蝦脆肉瓜 – This dish came $199 HK dollars included this and 2 other dish.
荷香糯米飯蒸蟹 – The last time we came there were 3 crabs, this time only one. I felt cheated but I guess that’s how it is as it’s 休魚期, so not much fish.
蝦醬豬肉蒸豆腐 – Although there was a little bit too much shrimp paste this dish was pretty tasty.
青班 – We added $50 HKD to upgrade the fish.
發記was better the first time, but food still taste good, the price not bad. Overall, it is one of the preferred restaurant locations during this trip.
