You know it’s a bad start when Aiden clings on!
Small class this time.
Uh oh – fashion faux paux – you know things aren’t right when you are wearing the same outfit as someone else.
3 students – the little girl was most outstanding
Uh oh – when you call out for Mommie throughout the whole class.
Daddie tried to lighten the situation by smiling often!
But Aiden was still very tense.
Good thing it wasn’t Mommie with him or else he’d probably be even more scared.
He didn’t enjoy the water in his eyes.
But Daddie never let that get him flustered.
Always meet each tear with a smile!
Gotta be proud of both Daddie and Aiden.
Teachers are so good, never let those tears affect them either.
They just keep continuing to go on with the exercises.
Down and under the water again.
A little breather!
Enough time to smack himself a little…..
It must be tough!
Aiden wants out of the pool.
But back in the pool he goes!
Is he crying or smiling?
I couldn’t tell.
I’m glad Aiden’s got this opportunity for Parent and Me water class.
Such a great way to teach him the lessons of hard work and persistence.
Little lessons go a long way.
Yikes, it’s tough to watch from my position.
Time to hit the turtle.
Will he be smacking his eyes again?
Nope! Successful!
Daddie is giving him a pat on the shoulder!
But this exercise Aiden absolutely hates the most.
It must be the way the water gets in the ear.
This time we brought q-tips to help him dry his ears afterwards.
But the fact that there were moments that he kind of floated was cool.
The reaction from the kids, including Aiden, isn’t very cool though.
Just when Aiden thought it was almost over…..
Time for more….
They’ve got to count to ten each time they did this.
Usually Aiden is moving to try to get out of this position.
At least, it’s almost over…
Can relax at last!
20 minutes must have seemed like a long time to Aiden!
He finally gets to get out of the water.
