This year we had an early Christmas celebration with Mr. & Mrs. Toorima @ CUT. They have tried the Spago by Wolfgang Puck before and this is their first time dining @ CUT. We had originally scheduled it for a different date, so there was a little mix up with dinner time. At CUT they only seat you when your whole party is there, and for a maximum of 15 minutes. They did accomodate us by giving us a table at the lounge. Luckily there was a cancellation, and we were moved to the regular dining area. Our favorites there are the bone marrow flan and the kobe steak sashimi. We’re glad they loved our recommendations.
