After spending morning at the Dome city, we headed to Ikebukuro (池袋)
Time to eat lunch!
Aiden rushes to look at a menu.
Very professional!
He already know what he wants.
Mommie’s light salad meal with smoked salmon and proscuitto
Aiden loved Daddie’s meal!
And off we go to the aquarium.
Such a cute garden!
Christmas for the shrimp too – so thoughtful.
Aiden is actually interested.
The last time we went to see fish was in Vegas back in May.
Nor when we were in Vegas in August 2013.
But this time, he was very engaged.
Sometimes he would stray away, but most of the time he was interested in looking at the fish and other sea animals.
The one he knew most was of course NEMO!!!
He would point to the fish that don’t move and say they are sleeping.
He was amused when he saw the fish poop in the aquarium.
Naughty Fish!
It was fun, especially because he did enjoy himself.
And it was nice that he got a good seat – up close!
He even skipped his nap time.
But he wasn’t too interested in the seal.
Maybe because there’s not much to see with the seal.
What a huge interesting fish.
Some of these fish look like they come from cartoon.
Who knew they are real.
Daddie took lots of pictures while Mommie followed Aiden around.
Aiden likes the turtles and tortoises too.
He kept saying this one is clean and that one still needs to take a bath.
So serious!
These fish are much more interesting than the previous aquariums we’ve been to.
We can’t believe how long we were at the aquarium.
I thought we would be in and out in about an hour.
Such tiny creatures.
This looks mutated
It’s actually kind of scary.
I don’t recall the name of it.
Aiden says the turtles are sleeping.
Such beautiful coral.
Some places he would go back to, turtles were one of the animals we returned to.
He wanted the turtles to moved to the parts with water. Why?
So they can take a bath and be clean!
Daddie’s favorite penguins.
Aiden asked what their doing, and I told him they are standing because they like to.
Aiden said that he wanted to stand too!
Aiden touched the antlers, but he didn’t like it.
In the meantime, Daddie was looking at the storks.
So no picture of that.
Can’t catch all the first moments.
Galen said tomorrow will be a long day so we should head back.
No wandering around tonight.
We didn’t know what to eat and didn’t want to roam around.
So we stayed around our hotel area to eat.
We went to eat sushi of course.
Quality was not that great.
But we did try a few different things.
Aiden is showing us the way.
Hairy crab.
Shrimp sashimi!
What an awesome nighttime snack at the hotel.
