Another must-eat place when we travel to Hong Kong. Although this couple months are 休漁期, there’re still plenty of seafood to choose from.
We started off with Goose, but this was in no way shape or form the star of the night.
蒸象拔蚌仔 – 鮮甜又夠爽, great recommendation by the staff at the seafood market.
炒聖子 – Unfortunately the chef at the restaurant made this dish too spicy and the spices stole the show.
瀨尿蝦 – good but the last 2 times we came to HK it was even better.
奄仔 – Delicious golden yellows – I’m in heaven!
東星斑 – Good if you really like fish, a whopping $40 a pound
Another veggie dish but it’s the eggs that make you want more….unless you are Galen.
The seafood meal again does not disappoint. Unfortunately we came while they don’t go fishing in HK so most seafood are expensive and/or quality is subpar.
