We didn’t have any plans on Saturday.
But it was about 9 or 10 and it was still overcast.
Daddie said that it was the perfect time to go to the beach.
Daddie thought Aiden would need no adjustment period at the beach.
Daddie was almost right.
Aiden was fine until his feet felt the water.
Then he was ready to head back to Mommie.
But that’s still improvement from the last time.
The waves here are a lot higher than in Hong Kong.
It’s also cooler.
Daddie had to buy another pail to replace the one that cracked in Hong Kong.
Aiden’s first beach in USA – Seal Beach
I think that was the first beach I went to when I first came to the States.
Daddie took Aiden for a spin by the waters, so Mommie will too.
But I’ll give Aiden a little courage first.
Aiden, you can do it buddy.
The water is not deep here.
But as you can see Aiden is ready to take off.
He just has to balance himself first.
Yes! Survival!
Success!
Not so bad with a little success.
There’s a playground there too!
He’s a little nervous.
And kept wanting to jump from one to toy to another.
The grass is always greener on the other side I guess.
But he was feeling tired.
We stayed about an hour total.
Once in a while we will allow Aiden to eat at the sofa.
As long as he sits in one spot and is well behaved.
He will ask to sit in front of the kitchen sometimes.
But this is still his first choice.
His first shopping choice is Costco! If you ask him where he’s going, he’ll say “Costco” as best as he can.
