No big birthday party this year.
Just dinner with Mommie’s long time friends and their kids.
Aiden isn’t really into opening the gifts.
Woo hoo – Elmo coloring set!
At the end he finally unwrapped one present along with the other 2 toddlers.

It wasn’t all fun and games
Aiden had a very difficult time sharing.
He hit Ella on the head
He was sitting in time out a few times.
He has a very hard time sharing his toys with others.
This is Mommie’s first time with Aiden at Irvine Regional Park.
Aiden really enjoyed the train ride.
He didn’t even mind how noisy it was.
Time for some outside activity.
It’s nice that he doesn’t have to wait until daycare to get on a trike.
While on the daycare subject, all the older kids seem to know him.
They would tell Galen and I how cute Aiden is.
But Aiden doesn’t quite know how to play with others yet.
I was reading up on it, kids his age play in parallel but not together.
Meaning – they like to play the same things, in the same room but on his own.
Although he will play with us.
Lots of times he wants me to stop cooking to join him.
But now with his trike, Daddie can take Aiden out for a spin – what a perfect gift!
