This is the first meal GM and I cooked “together” in 2011. I figured since he mentioned this blog being about us.. that I’d post our home cooked meals from time to time.
Galen was feeling in the mood this morning and opened a red wine this morning…that’s really only good for cooking…glad it finally came into good use. (my co-workers would know why…) So it was stewing for many hours today.
