While Daddie is busy washing dishes and bottles, Mommie is busy cooking.
Using the oven makes it a little easier because Mommie doesn’t have to watch the fire and can spend that time doing other chores or playing with Aiden. Daddie wants the chicken to be a little juicier and more tender, and the skin to be a little crispier.
