Some dishes are difficult to cook on weekdays.
With work and Baby Aiden, there is just not enough time.
This weekend I set my goal to make a more time consuming dish, BBQ pork.

I included all ingredients, except for the ginger juice.
This time I also followed my husband’s advice of not following exact measurements as stated in recipes. The results were better than expected.

This dish was a bit of a disappointment.
It tasted alright the night before, but today the juices seemed to lose its flavor.
I’ll have to try harder next time.
