Special occasion calls for a special meal.
First up blue fin tuna.
Then halibut. Unlike in Japan, I actually got the bigger piece than Galen.
The red snapper had a spicy sauce on top.
Aji
The Japanese Kobe if purchased separately is $11.00 per piece. It was one of Galen’s favorite sushi.
The toro melted in our mouths.
Halibut
Uni sushi
Seared Salmon Belly
Sea eel
Cut roll
Oyster sushi? Oyster wasn’t very sweet, such an odd mix.
Jumbo clam
Seared hotate
Salmon Roe and uni hand roll – pretty good.
Seared black cod – Galen was so eager to eat it that he forgot to snap the picture of the first round.
Blue crab hand roll – Galen liked this dish as it was not drenched with mayonnaise.
Uni sashimi – it had too much sauce in it, so it wasn’t very good. The sushi was definitely better.
Theirs our sushi chef.
The fish…. and Japanese Kobe Beef
Aiden didn’t have any sashimi or sushi
But he had plenty of food
And ate for 2 hours… he sat for 2 whole hours! Good job Aiden!
