Looking for good food to eat is not always easy, especially around our area. So we always go “out of town” to dine to make our taste buds happy. Friends have been telling us there are a lot of hidden gems in the Torrance area and hence we’ve been looking up on Yelp for some good restaurants in the hood lately. This time we came across with Curry House CoCo IchiBanya, a Japanese restaurant established since 1978 with more than 1200 stores worldwide and they just opened a new one in LA last month. CoCo IchiBanya serves only salads and curry items; however, in comparison to Curry House it has more items on the curry menu. And the good thing is, you can always create your own favorite curry dish with 10 different levels of spiciness. After lunch, we spent a couple hours walking around Redondo Beach/Hermosa Beach and of course had some afternoon snacks at one of the seafood places there.
